The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, with a shuttle service available for transportation. the room had a comfortable bed and nice balcony view of the surrounding scenery. the staff provided friendly service and the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. the hot spring was also a nice feature of the hotel.

The room could have been cleaner and some of the facilities were outdated.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even went out of their way to assist me in arranging transportation for sightseeing, which made exploring this city so much easier. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel allows people with tattoos to use the hot spring. This was a great relief for my family, as they thought they wouldn't have the chance to experience a Japanese hot spring due to their tattoos.
